We have merged two very popular products, the smoothie and the popsicle, into delicious ice cream sticks. The chewable smoothie is a 100% natural vegan ice cream bar made only from fruits and vegetables. And yes! No water or added sugar in our bars.
Our chewable smoothies are prepared artisanally and by hand in Montreal, with as many foods from Quebec as possible. In addition, we are moving primarily towards the use of fruits and vegetables saved from food waste. Another reason to love our bars.
AN INNOVATIVE AND LOCAL PRODUCT
We buy our fruit from local suppliers and promote the circular economy by using fruit and vegetables saved from food waste whenever possible. Arriving in our kitchen, the fruits are first washed and then mixed like a smoothie to drink. We had the idea of freezing our delicious smoothies to make ice cream bars. So it’s a real crunchy smoothie that comes out of our kitchen, and it’s handmade in Montreal.
AN IRREPROACHABLE FRUIT CONTENT
100% natural and plant-based, our bars are made exclusively with fruit and vegetables. Our recipes are certified as having no added sugar or water, to guarantee exceptional fruit content and quality. Our chewy smoothies are dairy-free and suitable for a vegan diet. Low in calories and rich in fruit, Chewable smoothies contain no colorants or additives. What's more, we use the properties of lemon as a natural preservative.

THE HISTORY
For many years, John, a young ice cream seller, worked tirelessly every summer on the beaches of the La Grande Motte along the southern coast of France. With a passion for clean produce and high-quality products, he offered refreshing fruits, pressed juices and smoothies to revitalize his customers.
In order to offer an alternative to sickly-sweet popsicles or paletas that are often filled with sugars and lack real fruit, or ice creams that are not 100% natural or vegan-friendly's, he had the idea of creating his own frozen bars. This gave rise to the concept of the Le smoothie à croquer .
For 2 years living and working in wonderful Montreal, John, an entrepreneur at heart, naturally wanted to bring his famed Le smoothie à croquer to Québec.
